Note:  In 1820 the Queen Anne district covered all of the east central part of Prince George's County, including the then active port town of Queen Anne, and the present town of Bowie. I have heard through a friend that there were two men named Benjamin Cator residing the in Queen Anne's District of Prince George's County at the time of the 1820 census (northern portion of the county near the border with Anne Arundel),  however there are no church, probate, newspaper abstracts, or cemetery transcriptions for either of these men. There is a record of a marriage license that was issued to a Benjamin Cator and a Mary Clubb in Prince George's County on 16 February 1801. Both of these surnames were  historically Charles County colonial names who migrated into Prince George's County.  Interesting...any ideas????
