who was born on August 8th in 1865 in Maine. George married
IDA M. LAWRENCE on Christmas Eve in 1890
Maine. Ida was born Feb 16th 1874, Maine and she died on Halloween in
1916 in Maine. George
and Ida had a son Sidney Maynard Pendleton born 13 Oct 1906 in Islesboro;
died there 1/6/1974. Many years later George married a
Charity
TUCKER on November 7th, 1935.
Charity and George had a son Dana
Marion Pendleton, b. May 9, 1928 in Islesboro; died in Bath Maine 10
Nov 1981.

JAMES
L. PENDLETON, was born on the 22nd of Nov 1867, Maine.
James died in 1955. His wife was
ADELMA JANE
SMITH who he married on November 9th 1890. Adelma was born
4 Aug 1864 in Maine & died in 1950.

LINWOOD
LYMAN PENDLETON born 10 May 1869 in Maine. Lyman died in 1952.

whom he

1894. Hattie was born 16 Oct 1875 in Maine; she
died 6 Jul 1972 in Pittsfield, ME.

In the 1930 Census for Islesboro, Waldo County ME, he is listed with
his wife, GOLDIE ROLERSON PENDLETON. He was 32 per the Census and she was
born about 1910
They are living on Hughes Point
Road in Islesboro. Each of them was born in Maine to Maine-born
parents. Note that they have a son, Earl G. who is an infant, 9
months of age. This Census was taken on April 4, 1930, so Earl was
born in 1929. When Clarence and Goldie married he was 31 and she was
18 per the census, so they must have been married only a couple of years,
perhaps around 1927 or so. Clarence B. Pendleton is working as a
"general laborer".

Yeaton Stockbridge. Willard and Fannie had three children:

Stockbridge (Goldie's mother), who was born in Maine;
Edmund E. Stockbridge; and
Bessie E. Stockbridge who married
George Willey.
Goldie's parents were VELMA STOCKBRIDGE
and GEORGE ROLERSON, son of
PHINEAS ROLERSON and
ANNETTE DAVIS. GEORGE was born on September 16, 1880 in
Maine. Phineas Leslie Rolerson
was born on September 5, 1856 in Maine. He died on September 23, 1946.
Annette Davis was born on 26 Sept 1857.
Phineas was also married a second time around 1873 to
ELLA FLORA SMALL who was born M
arch 5, 1873
(his second wife). Phineas was a Mariner in 1900 and in 1910 he was
Captain of a Merchant Vessel. In 1920 Phineas was a Yacht Club Agent;
his residence in 1920 was Main Road in Islesboro.
