When Thomas Pratt Cator was born about
1844, in Prince George's County, Maryland, his father, George Thomas Cator, was
43 and his mother, Caroline Baker Locker Cator, was 39. He married Lydia A.
Neale on December 15, 1866, in Anne Arundel County, MD.
She was born on June 22, 1845. He was a
Justice of the Peace. They had one child during their marriage., Carrie, who
died as an infant.

T. Pratt died on March 22, 1872, in
Marlboro, PGC, MD, at the age of 28, and was buried in Upper Marlboro,
Maryland.
Note: Lydia
remarried after Pratt died; became wife of Dr. James E. Sears and then she
became his widow also. Lydia .A. Cator/Sears died May 1, 1923
per
findagrave.

James is a title examiner in 1900.
